NC11LV, NC10 and NMV, with other grades selected for tool loads and operating conditions.
Including 1.2311, 1.2312 and Toolox 44, depending on the requirements of the component.
For selected components and operations, subject to geometry, material, size and inspection method.
Engineering support
You can approach us with an initial concept, a complete design, a partly manufactured component, a non-conforming part or an older tool requiring regeneration.
Complete manufacturing documentation can be supplied as an additional paid service scope.

Tool regeneration and maintenance
We repair cutting dies, press tools and straightforward moulds. Failure causes are investigated through visual inspection and measurement.
We accept tooling without documentation, reconstruct components from worn reference parts and modify tooling following product changes.
Tool repair and regenerationQuotation and delivery
Drawing or model, quantity, material, tolerances and required date.
Our engineering team assesses the enquiry. An initial response normally takes 1–3 working days.
Our engineers agree changes directly using a suitable communication channel. NDAs are available on request.
Collection from our facility, delivery by Silma transport or courier shipment, as agreed.
Completed work

Production continuity support
Priority tool repair or urgent component manufacture, including outside standard operating hours.
The service is available to all customers after the scope and contractual conditions have been agreed. Under suitable conditions, completion may be possible within a few hours of notification; actual timing depends on the agreement, material availability and work scope.
Primary service area: Silesia and the surrounding region. A contract or agreed service plan must be in place in advance.

Technology and capacity
Complex tooling and components machined from multiple sides on the Hurco VMX 42 SR.
Okuma GENOS L3000-e with Y axis and driven tooling.
Wire-cut and sinker EDM for tooling components and hardened materials.
Specialised drilling on the Mitsui Seiki J6B coordinate drilling machine.
Inspection of our work and standalone measurement services on the AXIOM TOO CNC.
Flexible combination of CNC, EDM, grinding and conventional machining.
Hard-material milling
A core toolroom capability for simultaneous milling of complex components, including materials hardened up to 65 HRC.

In-house heat treatment
Our heat-treatment furnaces support our own production. Most components requiring through-hardening are heat-treated in-house.
This reduces inter-facility transport, supports shorter lead times and helps control total process cost. The heat-treatment process is selected for the material, geometry and component requirements.

FAQ
Yes. We manufacture one-off components, prototypes and short production runs. Feasibility is assessed from the documentation, material, tolerances and required delivery date.
Yes. We can begin with inspection and measurement of the tool, worn component or reference part. We also reconstruct components and modify tooling following product changes.
Ideally, provide a drawing or model, quantity, material, tolerances and required delivery date. We accept STEP/STP, DWG and DXF files.
An initial response normally takes 1–3 working days. Each enquiry is reviewed by our engineering team.
Yes. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement before complete project documentation is shared.
