Review of drawings, models, tolerances, materials and operating conditions before work begins.
Dimensional inspection
In-process measurement and inspection using an AXIOM TOO CNC coordinate measuring machine with an 800 × 600 × 400 mm measuring volume.
Changes and acceptance
Technical changes and the method used to confirm conformity of the finished component are agreed with the customer.
We also provide standalone dimensional inspection services. Results or an inspection report are prepared to the scope agreed with the customer. Material traceability and material certificates can be provided.
The inspection scope, required accuracy and reporting method are agreed individually for each component.
