Engineering challenge
Complex geometry at every production stage.
Silma translated the architectural requirements into complete manufacturing documentation coordinated with the architects and site management. The form needed to fit the character of the surrounding area and the architectural requirements applying to the development.
The work involved difficult round-to-square section joints, vent and drainage openings for galvanising, control of zinc coverage, removal of zinc runs in restricted areas and careful installation without damaging the coating.

The installed metalwork retains the characteristic geometry, colour scheme and decorative detailing of the architectural concept.
The staircases use painted carbon steel with gold-coloured PETG decorative elements. The public description omits the exact location, investor identity and parameters not approved for publication.
