5-axis milling of hardened materials

Turning of special shafts, hardened materials and components requiring driven-tool operations.

Wire-cut EDM
Precision wire cutting of profiles, dies, punches and tooling components, including angled and tapered profiles.

EDM of large workpieces
Five controlled axes and a large working envelope for heavy tooling components.

Coordinate measurement
Inspection of tooling, fixtures and machine components, together with standalone measurement services and customer-specific reporting.

Hard-material milling
Shrink-fit holders provide rigid, repeatable, low-runout toolholding. Combined with the Hurco VMX 42 SR, they support stable milling of complex components, including materials hardened up to 65 HRC.
