Simultaneous 5-axis milling of hardened components
We combine the Hurco VMX 42 SR machining centre with HAIMER shrink-fit toolholding to machine complex components hardened up to 65 HRC in a stable and repeatable process.
Rigid, low-runout toolholding supports demanding machining operations, complex surfaces and multi-sided machining while reducing the number of setups required.
